    It has come to my attention that countless times Neftaly Chancellor has allowed the students to enroll in training same date and the same date they completed the course.

    Same day they received their certificates.

    This is Violation of the Notional Standards and it constitutes fraud against the company on issuing certificates unethically without following policy.

    Also it violates the ethical standards from enrolment, training delivery until the evaluation policy.

    It therefore comes to my enquiry

    Why did Neftaly Education team allow such fraudulent act?

    Why did the Neftaly Royal Committee allow such behavior to occur?

    Why did Neftaly Chief Development Officer allow such behavior to occur and did not report?

    Neftaly Chief Learning and Monitoring Officer must be brought to the table to explain why did this happen and why did they allow such behavior?

    Neftaly Chief Operations Officer must confirm why did this happen and why was this celebrated?

    I therefore request an immediate termination of Neftaly Chancellor, all education team.

    Neftaly Chief Development Officer as the registrar must be served with a hearing and final warning

    Neftaly Development Team must be put on hearing and receive written warning for allowing such behavior to occur

    Should the Neftaly Kingdom Royal Committee allow such behavior in future they shall be dissolved

    It has come to my attention that Neftaly had access to over 200 Microsoft Licenses for Neftaly Human Capital to use.

    It has been discovered that only 4 Neftaly Human Capital were using the features for their workflow.

    It has been discovered that now Microsoft requires Neftaly to pay for the services which it cannot afford to pay for Neftaly Human Capital which is ineffective.

    Therefore they have been suspended with immediate effect Neftaly Human Capital will have to purchase their own subscriptions in order for them to use the Microsoft Features.
