   Subject: Royal Committee Response to Tickets, Bookings, Certificate Approval & Request for Executive Workshop

   The SayPro Education & Development Royal Committee hereby provides a formal response regarding the submitted tickets, bookings, course implementation, and related operational matters.
   We confirm that all course bookings were processed in accordance with SayPro policies and protocols. The bookings were coordinated by the relevant teams and duly approved by the Chief Executive, Mr. Neftaly Malatjie. Furthermore, courses have already been purchased for the enrolled students, including those aligned with the Human Capital Development plan.
   The Development and Education teams have actively contacted clients. While some students have confirmed attendance, others indicated that they are currently at home and will report for enrollment and training starting next week. At present, student numbers are below twenty (20). To address this, the Human Capital Development team plans to conduct awareness and follow-up calls to encourage client enrollment, aligned with the Education team’s implementation plan.
   We also wish to highlight that there were delays related to approval processes, which impacted training readiness. Despite this, the teams managed to print a limited number of certificates. However, clarification is required regarding the accuracy and final approval of certificate templates.
   In this regard, the SayPro Development and Education teams formally request a workshop session with the Executive, Mr. Neftaly Malatjie, to:
   • Confirm and approve the correct and final certificate templates;
   • Align both Development and Education teams on certification standards;
   • Enable the teams to proceed with training without further delays.
   The SayPro Royal Committee therefore proposes the arrangement of a joint workshop session with the CEO, involving both the Development and Education teams. We further request the opportunity to present newly designed certificate templates for formal approval.
   Additionally, we respectfully request the reinstatement of the teams to resume operations on a new slate, particularly in light of students scheduled to arrive from next week. The Royal Committee also requests approval for designated team members to continue working to support incoming students and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

   We look forward to your guidance and confirmation of a suitable date and time for the proposed workshop and meeting.
