I have noticed that for the past financial years we have experienced a huge backlog in salary payments, bill payments and suffered a huge legal battles with bills.

Not forgetting how the economy is coughing too hard and this affects everyone.

I Neftaly Malatjie chose a different path as we do not confirm to situations.

However, due to these strains and pressure it has come to my attention that the burden to keep people whilst they have families to take care of will be a challenge.

I therefore request the Neftaly Kingdom Royal Committee to work with Neftaly Chief Operations Officer, Neftaly Chief Monitoring Officer and Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer to begin this process.

It is such a tough decision to take considering the nature and the impact Neftaly Human Capital have considered
