    1. Been absent from 1 October 2025

    3. Underperformed as from 1 October 2025

    They are now Neftaly Freelancers

    They will be paid after submitting invoice, Time Sheet and Monthly Report

    They will be removed from UIF and PAYE

    They will only work for 5 days per month to allow them to have free time as they were free paid R165 per day

    Their position will be now a Neftaly Freelancer as per NeftalyP000-5 Human Capital List

    Their qualifications and experience will determine the need for Neftaly to issue them with a freelancer contract

    They will be issued a new contract in line with Neftaly Chiefs Policy, Neftaly Contracts Management Policy and Neftaly Human Capital Policy.

    The purpose of the visit

    It has been noted that Mme Regaugetswe Mashala has several concerns which she only raised with the co-financing partner to Diepsloot Youth Project which she has failed to raise with the Royal Committee neither to the founder himself.

    It has been noted that the Diepsloot Youth Project has severally underperformed against the SLA of the Department of Social Development which the concern was raised with the Department of Social Development instead of the board

    It has been noted that the employee Regaugetswe Mashala does not cooperate with her employer which is the Royal Committee versa either Royal Committee does not cooperate with Regaugetswe Mashala to be confirmed

    It has been noted that Neftaly Malatjie’s name has been mentioned in various discussions, site visits and labeled as the founder this has been a concern in hindering Diepsloot Youth Project to perform its mandate and it’s targets
