Please be reminded to bring all Neftaly Royal Chiefs to reply to the desk and present these responses in writing.
1. Where are the Interns or Learnership Candidates Neftaly Malatjie has handed over to you?
2. Neftaly Malatjie confirmed to you that you are supposed to take care of them have you exercised your leadership capabilities in managing them?
3. Present the work they did with you for the entire 2025 per person
4. Neftaly Royal Chief confirm that they have been reviewing your Neftaly Royal Human Capital daily performance and provide evidence per person including their remarks and review?
5. Neftaly Royal Chief confirm that they have been training their Human capital and provide evidence of providing training per human capital?
6. Neftaly Royal Chief to confirm if they have been having meeting with their Human capital daily and provide evidence?
Neftaly Chief Human Capital must create a Checklist Sheet where they will be recording to prove that indeed the Neftaly Royal Chief has been including all their Human capital.
Should it be found that the Neftaly Royal Chief has not been doing from 1 – 5 he or she must be demoted with immediate effect and be replaced by someone else
