Subject: Absence from Work on Friday Due to Electricity ShortageI am writing this report to explain my absence from work on Friday, 21 November 2025. I was unable to report for duty due to an unexpected electricity shortage/power outage in my area.The power outage affected my ability to perform my duties, access my work equipment, and communicate effectively. Despite these challenges, I managed to attend the Magoshing meeting only, which I was able to join before the situation worsened. However, I was unable to continue with the rest of my work responsibilities for the day.I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my absence and assure management that this was an unavoidable situation. I remain committed to fulfilling my responsibilities and will continue to ensure that my work performance remains consistent.
