End Time: 15:10
1. Attendance
Present:
- Boineelo Khukhele
- Creflo Minnaar
Absent:
- Tumelo Makano
2. Purpose of the Meeting
The purpose of the meeting was to review the daily performance outputs submitted by the team as part of Neftaly’s ongoing performance monitoring process. The discussion focused on evaluating productivity against the established daily targets, assessing additional responsibilities assigned to team members, and identifying areas requiring performance improvement or support.
3. Daily Performance Overview
3.1 Daily Output Target
Each team member is required to complete 200 event links per day as part of the Neftaly Event Creation Workflow. This daily expectation is aligned with productivity benchmarks and organisational output goals.
3.2 Individual Performance Outcomes
a) Creflo Minnaar
- Performance: Completed 108 event links for the day.
- Variance: Underperformed by 92 event links compared to the daily target.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the Sparrow Marking Team, under the supervision of Bruno Langa.
- Supporting the development and continuous update of Neftaly Daily 1000 Strategic Topics.
Analysis:
Despite completing more than half of the daily requirement, Creflo’s output remains below the expected standard. His additional duties contribute to his workload; however, improved time management and productivity strategies are needed to ensure he meets the daily event creation target.
b) Boineelo Khukhele
- Performance: Completed 36 event links.
- Variance: Underperformed by 164 event links relative to the daily target.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for publishing the Neftaly Daily 200 Questions, Strategic Issues, and Challenges.
Analysis:
Boineelo’s performance reflects a significantly low output, indicating serious concerns regarding capacity, workflow management, or potential operational challenges. A performance follow-up meeting, accompanied by close monitoring and possible support interventions, may be required to ensure future improvement.
