Good evening, as responded to a similar circular yesterday.
1. On the 23rd of December I received a text that was requesting me to step down from being part of SayPro as the company will no longer have funds to pay my salary and I have made peace with it.
My appeal now is the relevant documents required when a contract is terminated due to financial struggles the company is undergoing I need to submit them to labour for my UIF.
I don’t get the point of receiving directives that summons me to report to an office that I have never set a foot at since I worked for SayPro I was always based in Cape Town and suddenly I must come to diepsloot where is the professionalism of giving a notice in advance.
How will I commute from home to diepsloot without my salary.
As I have said the are 2 things I expect from SayPro which is my pending salary and the letter confirming the message of the 23rd of December 2025.
Other that that the Matter will be dealt legally.
My message shall end here.
