We are writing to kindly request approval for our team to work remotely at least two times a week. Commuting to the office daily has become quite costly for many of us, and having the option to work from home on certain days would help ease this financial strain.
To ensure that work continues smoothly in the office, we will organize a rotation plan. We will make sure that at least four people are present at the office each day. A timetable outlining this rotation will be created and sent upon approval of this arrangement.
We believe that this hybrid working setup will not affect our productivity, as we will continue to meet our responsibilities and deliver them on time. We will also remain available during working hours via all communication platforms.
