Slow Tickets Implementation – The current delay in the processing, response, and completion of Neftaly tickets across departments is negatively affecting workflow efficiency and inter-departmental coordination.
Non-Event Implementation – The lack of timely execution of planned Neftaly events and activities is hindering progress in marketing, brand engagement, and project deliverables.
This urgent meeting seeks to:
Address the root causes of these implementation delays,
Develop clear accountability and follow-up mechanisms,
Ensure faster coordination among departments,
Reinforce Neftaly’s commitment to operational excellence and leadership accountability.
