The facilitator opened the meeting and welcomed all attendees. The purpose of the meeting was reiterated, emphasizing the need to understand and execute SayPro events effectively.
Matters Discussed
SayPro Events for the Day:
The team was instructed to work on the SayPro events scheduled for the day. Understanding the event processes was emphasized as key to achieving operational objectives.Submission Timeline:
All submissions must be made one hour before the facilitator to allow for proper review.SayPro0005 Updates:
Team members must ensure that all relevant activities for the day are added to SayPro0005.Daily Handover Submission
Daily handover submissions are no longer submitted by Human Capital Specialist or Human Capital O unless the Chief Human Capital is unavailable. Only in such circumstances should a handover be submitted.Action Items
All attendees are expected to complete and update the SayPro events for the day. Submissions must be made one hour before the facilitator’s review. SayPro0005 must be updated continuously with all relevant activities. A handover should only be submitted if the Chief Human Capital is not available. Team members must respond immediately to any events they identify.

The next meeting will be scheduled as part of the daily planning sessions.
