   Holds a Hospitality and Catering Services leve 4 and N6 of the same course
   Holds a National certificate in Information Technology specialising in End User Computing

   2. Education Background:

   Studied at Central Johannesburg TVET College.

   Initially enrolled in Information Technology (IT), but later switched to Hospitality, citing a lack of interest in IT.

   3. Work Experience:

   Limited formal work experience.

   Worked as a waiter for one day, providing basic customer service.

   4. Skills and Attributes:

   Problem-Solving: Demonstrates satisfactory problem-solving abilities.

   Organization: Well-organized in approach to tasks.
