I, Dovhani Nemugavhini, serving as a Human Capital Specialist at SayPro, wish to formally report that I am currently unable to perform my official duties due to a power outage (loadshedding) in my area.
The loadshedding began at approximately 12:00 PM on 12 November 2025, resulting in a loss of electricity and disruption of access to work systems and communication platforms.
