Task 1 Conduction of Interview for Data Analysis Learnership
Challenges Encountered
– Devices, Candidates are not owning their devices at home but at their respective Campuses.
– Lack of Knowledge on Key Concepts of Data Analysis, tools used on Application used on Data Analysis.
– Excel and SQL is Challenging majority of Candidates, both practically and theoretically.
Briefly explain any difficulties or barriers you faced and how you managed them (or if assistance is needed).

– Progressive Mentorship on Excel and Other Data Analysis Tools
– Data definition Language Mentorship SQL
– Data Manipulation Language Mentorship SQL
– Provision of Devices upon availability to accelerate learning period of the candidates.

– As it was my first time conducting the interview, I gained an experience in Communication.
– Direct Communication improves self confidence
