The training was initiated to address recurring errors identified in the creation, updating, and sharing of CSPR links used by staff. The session aimed to strengthen understanding, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance with required procedures.

    The purpose of the training was to:

    • Correct incorrectly configured CSPR links used by staff
    • Provide hands-on guidance on proper link setup and usage
    • Improve staff efficiency and reduce recurring technical errors
    • Ensure standardisation and accuracy in CSPR-related processes

    • Review and correction of existing CSPR links that were incorrectly set up
