    1. Introduction

    This report documents the training session conducted on CSPR links management and correct usage. The training was initiated to address recurring errors identified in the creation, updating, and sharing of CSPR links used by staff. The session aimed to strengthen understanding, improve accuracy, and ensure compliance with required procedures.

    2. Purpose of the Training

    The purpose of the training was to:

    • Correct incorrectly configured CSPR links used by staff
    • Provide hands-on guidance on proper link setup and usage
    • Improve staff efficiency and reduce recurring technical errors
    • Ensure standardisation and accuracy in CSPR-related processes

    3. Training Activities Conducted

    During the training session, the following activities were undertaken:

    • Review and correction of existing CSPR links that were incorrectly set up
    • Step-by-step demonstration of the correct process for creating and managing CSPR links
    • Identification of common mistakes previously made when working with the links
    • Practical training provided to Ms Nancy Mdaka on areas where errors were identified
    • Real-time troubleshooting and resolution of link-related issues
    • Clarification of best practices and guidelines for future use

    4. Participant Engagement and Attendance

    Both attendees actively participated in the session.

    • Ms Mamagohla Chuene attended the session and observed the corrective and instructional processes.
