I Neftaly Malatjie during the year 2025 have instituted internal audits and investigations in line with Neftaly Human Capital Management Procedure to monitor, review and understand the effectiveness of the Neftaly Human Capital.

Neftaly Investigations and periodic Audits of Human Capital and WIL Management. According to the findings it was found:

1. Neftaly has absorbed over 250 WIL Interns over 2024 – 2025 and 2025 – 2026 period under 11 Neftaly Royal Chiefs
2. Neftaly auditors have found various findings against Neftaly Royal Chiefs and an instruction was advised to stop more than 60% of Neftaly Royal Chiefs
3. Neftaly Auditors found out that learners were partially supervised meaning that out of 10 only 1 was supervised
4. Neftaly Auditors found out that Neftaly Human Capital did not comply with the activities put of 10 only 0,4 was active in the 200 it was found that only 4 were fully active. Questions have been placed by auditors requiring Neftaly and the board to explain such challenge.
5. Neftaly is mandated to absorb at least 25% of the WIL Interns and Neftaly Chiefs were not able to provide concrete answers and lists as to who per University or College were absorbed

It is therefore unfortunate to say that according to the auditors the following requirements were set to fix the situation

6. Neftaly Auditors issued a mandate to Neftaly Malatjie that Neftaly Chiefs have to be dismissed. It was recommended that out of 11 only 3 should remain

7. Neftaly Auditors issued a mandate to Neftaly Malatjie that Neftaly Human Capital such as Managers, Officers and Specialists have to be dismissed.

8. Neftaly Auditors issued a mandate to Neftaly Malatjie that Neftaly WIL Interns who were not effective, absent, did not report and did not perform according to the requirements must be dismissed.

9. Neftaly Auditors issued a mandate to Neftaly Malatjie that all existing contracts must be put on hold as Neftaly Chiefs who were working with the Officials were unable to communicate transparently with the Universities, Colleges and Universities.

10. Neftaly Auditors issued a mandate to Neftaly Malatjie that it is important to replace various official positions in line with Neftaly Policies and Procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance

11. Neftaly CEO Neftaly Malatjie received Voluntary resignations from various Neftaly Royal Chiefs, Managers, Officers and Specialists which were welcomed after failing to comply with the requirements from Auditors

12. Neftaly Auditors recommended an official closure of various Neftaly offices and a pause to various Neftaly Royal Chiefs

I Neftaly Malatjie therefore request Neftaly to be excused from this partnership so that we can fix our house and all the Auditor requirements.

Once the Auditors processes have been completed and met by Neftaly Neftaly Malatjie return to you with the new appointed Neftaly Human Capital to present the WIL requirements and also commit the numbers to be placed after the completion
