I would like to respectfully seek clarification regarding the current work arrangements. As previously communicated, it was indicated that all human capital members were required to pause work until outstanding unpaid salaries had been settled. This instruction is one of the reasons we stopped working.
Furthermore, it was mentioned that all interns are expected to report to Diepsloot on a daily basis. However, as we are still awaiting our unpaid stipends, it has become financially difficult for us to manage daily transportation costs.
We genuinely value the opportunity to be part of the Neftaly programme and would very much like to complete it on good terms. At the same time, the challenges related to delayed stipends and limited communication have made the situation difficult for us.
We remain committed to the programme and are open to engaging constructively. We would greatly appreciate your guidance and support in finding a fair and practical way forward.
