This report serves to explain the circumstances that led to the inability to work on 2 February 2026 and 3 February 2026. Work could not be carried out due to the lack of essential utilities, specifically water and electricity. These disruptions made it impossible to perform normal work duties. In addition, a SIM card malfunction resulted in the loss of communication and internet connectivity, further preventing the completion of any work-related activities.
The combination of these challenges made it unfeasible to work during this period.
