The monitoring session commenced at 09:31. The session was conducted to review, trace, and document the performance of the Neftaly Development Officer in relation to assigned duties, deliverables, and operational responsibilities.

The purpose of the monitoring session was to:
Trace the performance and productivity of the Neftaly Development Officer
Review daily activities and outputs
Identify challenges affecting programme implementation
Record findings for accountability, improvement, and compliance
- Key Findings
4.1 Learning Management System (LMS)
The LMS has not yet been initiated.
The delay is due to a shortage of learner documentation.
Only 7 learners have submitted the required documents to date.
This has delayed learner onboarding and programme activation.
Action:
Learners must be contacted and followed up to submit outstanding documentation.
4.2 Youth Mobilisation
Youth mobilisation activities are ongoing.
A total of 14 clients have been mobilised so far.
Progress is satisfactory, with room for increased outreach.
4.3 Life Skills Programme
The Life Skills programme has 8 participants registered for the day.
Attendance and reporting are ongoing.
4.4 Learner Documentation Follow-Up
Macuacua was assigned to contact learners using the official registers.
The objective is to ensure submission of outstanding learner documents required for LMS activation.
4.5 Course Bookings Approval
Course bookings for the Neftaly Development Officer have not been approved.
The delay is due to the unavailability of the Marketing Manager, who is responsible for authorising bookings.
This has temporarily affected course scheduling and confirmations.
