This serves to formally inform the Committee and relevant stakeholders that the reports dated 26 September, 29 September, 9 October, as well as 11 and 12 November are currently lost and could not be retrieved.
Despite thorough efforts to locate these documents, they cannot be found on the Neftaly system nor on the Microsoft Teams database. All reasonable measures were taken to search for and verify their availability; however, the reports remain unavailable at this time.
This explanation is submitted for the Committee’s consideration and record.
