I hope you are well.
We would like to inform you that the team will not be able to work from the 1st of December 2025.
We have not been paid for the past two months, and many of us have now fully exhausted our finances. We have tried to manage by asking for help from our families, but the situation has become difficult. Some of us have airtime advances and debts to friends because we have been trying to keep going on with our work.
We have also tried to contact the people responsible for our payments, but when we call or text, our calls are not answered or are cut. At this point, we do not know what else to do.
Because of this, we will not be able to continue working until payment issue is resolved. Those who will not be able to work will approve below.
We also want to mention that some team members made contracts for WiFi, and they were expecting to be paid this month to cover those costs, but their payments have also bounced back.
Thank you for your understanding. We hope the matter can be resolved soon so we can return to work.
