Demonstrate Reporting Policy 409 to the Neftaly Chiefs.

Provide practical guidance on how to correctly report handovers within the Neftaly reporting system.

Ensure that all attending Chiefs understand the required structure, accuracy expectations, and procedural flow of the handover reporting process.

The session focused on improving clarity, uniformity, and compliance with reporting standards, ensuring that Chiefs can confidently apply Policy 409 during their operational activities.

3. Workshop Activities and Demonstration

During the workshop:

A live demonstration of the reporting process was conducted, showing each step of how to complete and submit a handover report.

Participants were guided through the reporting interface to familiarise themselves with the required fields and the standard submission pathway.

4. Marketing Specialist Query

During the session, the Marketing Specialist raised an important operational question:

Can the information on the timeline be edited successfully once the handover has been implemented?

It will be addressed by the technical and policy development teams to determine the level of editing permission that should be granted within Policy 409.
