Completion of HWSETA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Discussion Points:
1. The team reviewed the HWSETA MOU documentation in preparation for submission.
2. During the review, it was discovered that the project budget only covers two (2) learners, and no allocation was made for administrative fees.
3. The team discussed the financial implications and the need for clarification from HWSETA regarding whether the administration fee can be accommodated or adjusted within the project budget.

• It was concluded that an email be sent to HWSETA offices to request further clarity on the project fee structure and confirm whether additional budget provision can be made for administration costs.
• The team will await feedback from HWSETA before proceeding with finalisation of the MOU.
