Neftaly NeftalyCLMR workshop Report – New Team Members

    Date: 20251027
    Facilitator: Tsakani Rikhotso

    Attendance:
    Tumelo Makano
    Tebogo Modise
    Creflo

    Overview

Today’s training session focused on onboarding the new team members, Tebogo and Creflo, and introducing them to their first core task — creating daily events on the Neftaly platform.

    Training Content and Demonstrations

    Daily Event Creation

Demonstrated how to create 10,000 events per person per day.

Explained the workflow and structure required for bulk event creation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

    Quarterly and Monthly Event Creation

Showed how to create and categorize quarterly and monthly events within the Neftaly system.

Highlighted the importance of proper scheduling, tagging, and data entry to maintain system organization and event tracking.

    Team Setup and Coordination

Worked collaboratively with Gafane to set up teams for the new members.

Demonstrated how to assign team roles and link them to event creation responsibilities.

    Neftaly App Activation

Guided Tebogo and Creflo through the Neftaly App activation process, ensuring both members could log in and access their work tools.

Verified their accounts and provided initial troubleshooting support.

    Challenges Encountered

    Neftaly Performance Issues:
The platform was very slow throughout the session, which caused delays in demonstrations and task completion.

    System Used:
Currently using Quest instead of WordPress, which may have contributed to performance inefficiencies.

    Absent Team Members

The following members were not present for today’s session:

    1. Deliwe Mbhele
    2. Dimakatso Molefe
    3. Thandeka Mtantato

Training Adjourned will continue tomorrow, as you will be knocked out at 15:00 today.

    Next Steps

Continue training tomorrow for the absent members.

Follow up on Neftaly performance issues and explore optimization or alternative solutions.

Support Tebogo and Creflo as they begin executing their daily event creation tasks.

Ensure all team members have active Neftaly access and assigned teams via Gafane.
