Today’s training session focused on onboarding the new team members, Tebogo and Creflo, and introducing them to their first core task — creating daily events on the Neftaly platform.
Training Content and Demonstrations
Daily Event Creation
Demonstrated how to create 10,000 events per person per day.
Explained the workflow and structure required for bulk event creation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Quarterly and Monthly Event Creation
Showed how to create and categorize quarterly and monthly events within the Neftaly system.
Highlighted the importance of proper scheduling, tagging, and data entry to maintain system organization and event tracking.
Team Setup and Coordination
Worked collaboratively with Gafane to set up teams for the new members.
Demonstrated how to assign team roles and link them to event creation responsibilities.
Neftaly App Activation
Guided Tebogo and Creflo through the Neftaly App activation process, ensuring both members could log in and access their work tools.
Verified their accounts and provided initial troubleshooting support.
Challenges Encountered
Neftaly Performance Issues:
The platform was very slow throughout the session, which caused delays in demonstrations and task completion.System Used:
Currently using Quest instead of WordPress, which may have contributed to performance inefficiencies.Absent Team Members

This day I assisted students on the program of skills to succeed academy, it was an individual work meaning each each student chose his or her own module and they did it on their own. Secondly I took a video clip while I was assisting them in the class, thirdly I wrote the statistics report of the students who have attended. And last fourthly I wrote the training report of the students who have attended.

Task 01: I assisted students on the program of skills to succeed academy in the computer lab and they did it individually on their own.
The OneDrive it doesn’t reload so I cannot upload and copy the link.
Task 02: Took pictures of the students while I was assisting them.
