Subject: Appeal Against Suspension for Alleged Late Coming

To the CEO of Neftaly, Neftaly Malatjie, Royal Committee Chairperson Clifford Legodi, Neftaly Royal Chiefs and Human Capital.

I am writing to formally appeal the suspension I received on 11 July 2025 which was issued on the grounds of late coming. I respectfully disagree with the decision and would like to provide clarification regarding the events that occurred on that day.
According to my understanding, I am expected to report to work by 09h00. On the day in question, I arrived at the premises by 08h55. However, I found the door had already been closed at 08h52, which was before the official reporting time. Despite arriving before my scheduled start time, according to my knowledge i am not allowed to enter in the middle of prayer or when the prayer is already started am not allowed to disturb or disrupt subsequently suspended without prior warning or an opportunity to explain.
This action felt both sudden and unjust, especially considering that I have not received any previous warnings or disciplinary actions related to late coming. I believe the decision to suspend me under these circumstances was unfair and not in line with a progressive disciplinary process.
I kindly request that the suspension be reviewed and reconsidered, taking into account the actual time of my arrival and the fact that I was, in fact, on time. I am fully committed to adhering to company policies and am open to any guidance on improving punctuality, if needed.

Subject: Issuance of Written Warnings for Non-Compliance with Daily Submission Policy

To: Neftaly Human Capital Chief

In accordance with the directives of the Royal Committee, it is hereby requested that written warnings be issued to the following departments for their failure to comply with the Daily Submission Policy:

Neftaly Marketing Royal

Neftaly Human Capital Royal

Neftaly Technology Royal

Neftaly Research Royal

Neftaly Neftaly Kingdom Royal

Non-compliance with the established daily submission requirements undermines operational efficiency and the strategic objectives set forth by the Royal Committee. Immediate corrective action in the form of formal written warnings is required to ensure adherence to company policies and to uphold the standards expected from all Royal departments.

Please proceed with issuing these warnings at the earliest convenience and provide a confirmation report upon completion.
